Saturday Roadtrip - Part 2

For lunch, we had kebab's at a place frequented by the locals - again, very good, we had a mixed grill of ground lamb, lamb chunks, lamb liver, or chicken.  After lunch we toured Iskenderun, a newer city on the coast which also has the largest port in the region.  Managed to buy a few souvenirs here.

We finally arrived in Arsuz in late afternoon, it is a smaller village on the coast with a beautiful beach on the Med.  All of the team at least dipped their feet in the Med, a few of us managed to go for a swim.  Apparently it is a little cool for the locals but the water was warm and the air temperate just right for me.  Given our long week, it was a great opportunity to catch our breath.

For dinner we ate a "fish restaurant" - you actually go to the kitchen when you arrive, and select your fish - I have no idea what type of fish I ended up ordering but needless to say it was very good.

"Ordering" our meals by selecting the catch of the day
